Terms of Use

These Terms apply to the use of Damcut's photo capture, editing, library, store, coin, and subscription features. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Damcut is an iOS app that lets users capture or import photos and combine them with frames, backgrounds, templates, stickers, text, and other elements to create finished results. Some features and resources are provided for free, while others may require coin purchases or an active premium subscription.

2. Account

Apple or Google sign-in may be required to manage purchase history, coin balance, subscription status, and owned resources. Users are responsible for keeping access to their accounts secure and may not use another person's account without permission.

3. Coins and Digital Resources

• Coins are used to purchase digital resources or features in the app.
• Purchased backgrounds, frames, templates, and completed sets are kept in the account permanently unless otherwise stated.
• Custom cut project data is stored on the user's device unless otherwise stated, and is not covered by account sync or purchase restoration.
• Coin balances and purchase history are managed based on the server ledger; the app screen displays that information.
• If abnormal payment cancellation, refund abuse, or system bypassing is confirmed, store access or the account may be restricted.

4. Subscription

Premium subscriptions may be offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions. During the subscription period, they provide the benefits stated in the app, such as access to premium resources, monthly coin grants, ad removal, and high-resolution saving. Actual prices, free trial availability, renewal periods, cancellation, and refunds follow the App Store payment screen and Apple policies.

5. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

In-app purchases on iOS are processed through the Apple App Store. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID settings. Payment cancellation and refunds are handled under Apple policies, and related entitlements or subscription benefits may be restricted if a refund or cancellation is confirmed.

6. User Content

Rights to photos captured or imported by users, uploaded backgrounds, pasted stickers, text, and edited results belong to the user. Users must only use content that they own or are legally allowed to use, and must not infringe another person's portrait rights, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights. The user is responsible for disputes and liabilities arising from user content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Bypassing or manipulating payment, coin, subscription, or resource unlock logic
• Abusing refund systems or reward systems
• Creating or distributing content that infringes another person's rights
• Interfering with service stability, security, or operations

8. Service Changes

Features, resources, prices, benefits, and operational policies may change as needed for service improvements or operations. Important changes will be announced through the app or this web page.

9. Limitation of Liability

Damcut works to provide a stable service, but its liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law for damages caused by network failures, external payment system failures, device environments, operating system changes, or other causes outside the company's control.
